Do I have to go to a dealership or talk to the buying dealer directly?
Our process can be done entirely from home! You never have to go to a dealership or speak to a dealer directly. Once your final offer is accepted, we will handle transfer and payment with you directly
How long does the auction process take?
Once we inspect your vehicle, we will launch it at an ideal time within 1 business day. We’ll make sure to launch your vehicle when we have the most dealers active and bidding to maximize your offer.
Do you negotiate on price?
We launch your vehicle to a network of >15K dealers to get the highest possible offer. Because of that, we do not negotiate on price
How does the inspection process work?
An inspector will come to your house to capture photos and data about your vehicle to prepare it for auction. You will just need to provide the inspector with your keys and they will take it from there! The inspection process usually takes about 30 minutes total.
How does the transfer and payment process work?
Once you accept the offer we will mail you a packet for you to fill out and provide information. That packet will contain detailed instructions on how to provide proof of ownership, proof of identity, loan information etc.
What information do I need to have available to complete the sale?
Identification
Title (if not held by bank)
Loan information (if you have outstanding balance on your loan)
Banking information for the account you’d like us to transfer the money to. We also support check if preferred

We support wire transfer and check
Are you able to handle vehicles with outstanding loan balance?
Yes! We will work with your bank to pay off the remaining balance of your loan and pay you the remainder
What if I owe more on my vehicle than the offer price?
Unfortunately we cannot acquire your vehicle if your outstanding balance exceeds the offer price
What can impact the final offer of my vehicle?
Vehicle history, condition, age, and mileage are all factors that will influence your final offer.
How is my vehicle collected after I sell it?
We will pick your vehicle up directly from your home. Our vehicle shipping partner will confirm a pickup appointment with you.
