Future Automotive Group is a company that's been around for about 60 years. I would like to think that we are the Ford franchise. We are currently number five in California for new vehicle sales. We're number two for certified pre-owned sales, so we're a pretty big store. I have worked with ACV since I took over this position. I've had a great relationship with them the entire time.

When they rolled out ClearCar, it was a no-brainer for us to give it a try, and it's worked out great for us so far. We use ClearCar in our Service Lane. Every time a customer brings their vehicle to service, they're presented with an RO at the end of their transaction on the very front page.

ClearCar provided us a QR code that allows the customer to easily scan the QR code for them to then enter in their vehicle's information and then we immediately receive that data and we can contact the customer with a value. So Clear Car captures information about that customer right up front. So even if the form's not fully completed, we still get that customer's data. 

ClearCar App has allowed us to reduce the steps that are required for us to do an appraisal on a vehicle. It gives us the ability to have the customer provide the data that we need in a way that makes sense to them. It allows our process to be a lot smoother and allows us to make good informed decisions, which ultimately convert into more profit.
